01Who we are
MOBOVEN (“MOBOVEN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates smart retail convenience stations and an associated digital media network in India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), MOBOVEN is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this notice.
This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have as a Data Principal.
02Data we collect
We only collect personal data that is necessary for the purposes listed in this notice:
- Enquiry details: your name, phone number, email address, area of interest and any message you choose to share through our contact form or WhatsApp.
- Business details: information about your property, brand or campaign that you share with us during partnership discussions.
- Technical data: basic, aggregated usage information (such as pages visited and device type) collected through privacy-friendly analytics to keep the website working well.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we do not sell your personal data.
03How we use your data
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, for the following specified purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you about it.
- To evaluate and set up partnerships for hosting stations, advertising or product listings.
- To share updates about MOBOVEN's launch and services, where you have asked us to.
- To maintain the security and performance of our website.
- To comply with applicable laws and lawful requests from authorities.
04Consent & withdrawal
By submitting the contact form, you give free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent for us to process your data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contactus@moboven.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal. Once you withdraw consent, we will stop processing and erase your data within a reasonable time, unless we are required by law to retain it.
06Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, or until you withdraw consent, after which it is erased unless retention is required by law.
07Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted service providers, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access and breaches. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected Data Principals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act.
08Your rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Have your grievances redressed in a timely manner.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, email contactus@moboven.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
09Children
Our website and enquiry services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
10Grievance redressal
If you have any concern about how your personal data is handled, please contact our Grievance Officer at contactus@moboven.com with the subject line “Data Protection Grievance”. We aim to respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act and its rules.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting this grievance redressal process.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
